Michael R. Scalf Sr. is a Master Photographer, has a Photographic Craftsman degree, is a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) and an Approved Photographic Instructor (API).  Mike is currently a member of the Professional Photographers of Oklahoma, the Metro OKC Professional Photographers Association and is the Executive Director of the Southwest Professional Photographers Association. Mr. Scalf also is a Govenor on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Photographers (ASP) and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the International Photography Hall of Fame & Museum. Mike also is currently on the Professional Photographers of America's (PPA) national "By-Laws, Rules and Ethics Committee". He was the 2002-2003 President of the Texas Professional Photographers Association and holds a Life Membership with the Texas association. He also served as President of the Professional Photographers Guild of Houston in 1996 and holds a Life Membership with that association as well.
